The product
Outflow Studio is an extension for Adobe Premiere Pro. Adobe Premiere Pro is a separate product with its own licence; we are not affiliated with Adobe.
Plans
- Free: the 3D Carousel, Transitions, Motion Curves, Zoom Montage, Download media and Mask tools with three free goes each, the timeline sidebar and stock media search.
- Pro (monthly or yearly): every tool, unlimited exports. The yearly plan is $149 for the first year and $190 for every year after; the price of each renewal is shown in the customer portal before it is charged. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time through the customer portal and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- One-time purchases, where offered, are valid for the current major version of Outflow Studio and every update we release for it.
Computers
A licence may be active on two computers at the same time. Log out inside the extension to free a computer.
Who you are dealing with
The website and the extension are operated by [legal name of the business], established at [street and number], [postcode] [city], the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KvK number], VAT identification number [BTW-id]. Contact: [email protected]. Payments are collected by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. as merchant of record, so your invoice and receipt come from Stripe.
14-day refund, no questions asked
Your licence is active as soon as the payment completes. If you change your mind for any reason, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. This covers, and goes beyond, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, so we do not ask you to waive that right. Renewal payments are not covered by the 14-day promise; cancel before the renewal date to avoid them.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and issues the invoice including any applicable VAT or sales tax. A refund of a subscription or unlock ends the licence immediately.
Referral programme
Every account has a referral link. When someone buys through it we credit 20 % of their first payment to you, paid out monthly by bank transfer or PayPal once the balance reaches 20 EUR. Self-referrals and referral spam are excluded and may lead to the reward being voided.
Acceptable use
One licence per person or company seat. Do not share login details, circumvent the licence check, or redistribute the extension. Media you download through the extension is your responsibility; respect the rights of the platforms and creators involved.
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the extension and the licence service running, but they are provided as they are. Local processing depends on your hardware and on third-party tools installed on your computer. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you have a complaint, email us first; we answer within 14 days. Consumers may also bring a dispute before the competent court in the Netherlands, or, where their own national law grants it, before the courts of their country of residence. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
